Responsible AI Checklist

The checklist we run through before any AI-assisted work reaches a client.

• A human defined the goal and the boundaries before AI was involved
• Client and customer data stays inside approved systems only
• Every client-facing deliverable was reviewed by a person
• The client knows where AI assisted and where humans decided
• No consequential decision happens without human approval
• Outputs were checked for accuracy, bias, and brand voice
• If we would not sign our name to it, it does not ship
